PINE RIDGE CLEAN-UP

No one claims ownership for Pine Ridge Cemetery and it has shamefully gone to ruin. Last year two women noticed this unkempt cemetery and took it upon themselves to do something. Sarah and Amy managed to put a crew together and spent their weekends cleaning and making a difference.

Kudos to Amy, Sarah and their volunteers. They used their own money to buy gas, line for weed-wackers, and new lawnmowers when theirs broke down, not to mention the hours of labor. One company did come through with some important help, FOOD!! McDonald's supplied lunch.

We would like to see our community help with the efforts of these selfless people. If you would be interested in helping this year or know of a company that would help with this project please contact us. Better yet come and sit in at our next meeting and share your thoughts with us.
